Q: Is there anything that i can't order?
A:
We can help you buy almost all kind of products, but we reserve the right to reject some products judged as "dangerous" or "at risk".
Q: What happens if one of the products that I ordered is out of stock after I pay?
A:
We will contact you immediately if any products that you ordered is out of stock, and you can either choose another product or cancel that product. If you choose a product with a different price, or decide to cancel the product, we will adjust the amount of your order and refund your money.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A:
Once the order has been placed, our purchasing department will start purchse, it can't be cancelled.
Q: Is there any minimum order?
A:
There's NO minimum order, but the minimum service charge is 35 CNY.
Q: How much is the domestic shipping fee if I buy more than one item from the same seller on Taobao?
A:
Only one domestic shipping fee will be charged if you buy more than one item from the same seller. The domestic shipping fee is charged depends on the items weight and the distance between our office and the seller. We would recommend you to buy more than one item from the same seller to reduce domestic shipping fee.
Q: What kind of payment methods do you accept?
A:
We accept payment via PayPal, Western Union, Money Gram, Bank Transfer to Bank of China, HSBC and Maybank.
Q: What currency should i transfer?
A:
Our Paypal account accepts Euro and US dollars. Western Union, Money Gram and Bank of China accept US dollars, Singapore dollars, Euro, and Chinese Yuan. HSBC and Maybank account only accept Malaysia Ringgits.
Q: Can I still send money in USD although my PayPal account currency is in Euro or other currencies?

Q: Does my parcel insured?
A:
No, but you can insure your parcel if you wish to. An additonal 5% will be charged on your total amount.
Q: What happens if my parcel's lost or damage during the international delivery?
A:
You will get compensation only if you get your parcel insured before the international delivery.
